Due to Government health regulations, refunds or returns are not permitted on fascinators or hats.

Shipping

All shipping within Australia is via Australia Post unless otherwise stated or you the purchaser have made prior arrangements. Delivery schedules as per Australia Post guidelines.

All purchases from countries outside of Australia will be sent by Registered Post, using Australia Post. The goods will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being verified. Delivery charge will be calculated at the time of ordering subject to International Zoning charges. This will appear on your statement at the time of charging your Credit Card. Any additional taxes that you incur by your own country upon receipt of the goods, are at your expense.

GST / Taxes

Customers within Australia are required to pay a 10% goods and services tax (GST) on all products purchased via Misshattan. This will be displayed on the tax invoice/statement that you receive with your goods. Customers outside Australia are exempt from Australian GST.
