The first thing that comes to mind when thinking of a staycation in New York is The Urban Cowboy. Located in Brooklyn and close to home, the space makes me feel as if Im outside of the city. I called up a few friends and shared a night (& morning) filled with creativity and incredible food cooked by dinner party extraordinaire, Chef Sarah Ashley.
