The company name 'Misshattan' was inspired from the location of the fabulous new chick flick 'Sex In The City'. Carrie Bradshaw's love of fashion and fascinators is a great ambassador for Misshattan.

Ms. Holyoak was awarded the position of 'Milliner' to the Dubai World Cup (the richest horserace in the world) in 1999. During Hattitude's 10 year involvement with the Dubai World Cup, Charlotte won two 'Fashion's in The Field' Awards: 2007 for the Best Dressed Couple and 2000 for Best Dressed Woman.

To compliment the millinery products sold by Hattitude, Charlotte owned a Dubai shoe company called 'Ten Toes'. This company also sold accessories such as handbags and jewelry.
